The name of the dining room, ``Eretegia,'' is the Basque word for ``grill shop.''
The dining room is equipped with not only a grill but also a large pot, just like in the Basque region.
Traditional, dignified, and full of exotic mood.
The chef trained mainly in the Basque region of Spain, which is known for its delicious cuisine, so much so that it is said that "food is found in the Basque Country."
With original ideas, we offer dishes based on the keyword "Kilometer Zero", which is based on the concept of local production and local consumption of Bellavista quality.
Enjoy dynamic cuisine that boldly and delicately brings out the original flavors of the abundant ingredients produced by the rich natural climate of the Seto Inland Sea, surrounded by the sea and mountains.
