This plan includes dinner and breakfast and is available only for guests staying on May 31st, and includes a dinner course from the Japanese restaurant Setouchi Sobou and a pairing with Imada Sake Brewery's "Fukuchou".

We have invited Imada Miho, the representative director and toji of Imada Sake Brewery, who was the only Japanese person to be selected as one of the "100 Women Who Have Influenced the World" by the UK's BBC, to talk about the brewing process and the thoughts of Fukuchou from the toji's perspective, and enjoy the collaboration of flavors as chef Tamura Mitsukiyo pairs each Fukuchou brand with delicate dishes.

You can enjoy the flavors created by the Setouchi climate, with the famous sake "Fukuchou", which has been created over a long period of time in harmony with the Hiroshima climate, and the Japanese restaurant "Setouchi Sobou", which treasures the bounty of nature and focuses on the "seasons of Setouchi".

Pol Roger is a family-run champagne house that has been brewing in stainless steel tanks without using any wooden barrels, and continues to maintain the remuage method by hand by artisans for 170 years since its founding.
Enjoy the marriage of the finest champagne, which is aged for a long time in deep underground cellars, and the rich delicacies of Setouchi, prepared by Sushi Sobo chef Norio Kai, with commentary from the hotel sommelier.

The name of the dining restaurant "Erretegia" means "grill shop" in Basque.
