<Fumon-in Main Hall>
The main hall of Toshogu Shrine, built in the early Edo period, was transferred from the head temple and relocated here during the Meiji period.
The Tokugawa family crest painted on the ceiling is also a must-see!
◎Services are held in the main hall from 6:30 AM the following morning.
◎Prayers and memorial services are also available.
<Garden>
The dry waterfall and other features, said to be the work of Lord Enshu Kobori, are said to be the finest gardens in Mount Koya.
<Tea Room>
The tea room features a small room with a waiting area and a stone basin, as well as a large, multi-purpose hall.
*A complete set of tea ceremony utensils is available for rental. (Charge required, consultation required)
