Normally, tiger puffer fish is shipped to the market after two years, but "Awaji Island three-year-old tiger puffer fish" is grown near the Naruto Strait for an additional year to reach the best condition. In addition, by feeding the fish with sufficient quality food and carefully raising them in the perfect environment of Fukura Bay, where the mineral-rich currents of the Naruto Strait reach them, they are able to grow into fugu with a rich flavor.
Bifuku nabe is a new type of fugu hotpot dish. Please enjoy the Bifuku nabe, which is full of "fortune" and strictly adheres to seven rules such as "Use 3-year-old blowfish from Awaji Island," "Use collagen-rich blowfish skin as an ingredient in the hot pot," and "Use lettuce from Awaji Island."
