The basics of Shojin ryori are the sense of season and "Five Laws, Five Flavors, and Five Colors"
It is important to value esoteric Buddhism doctrine.
Five cooking methods: ``raw'', ``boiled'', ``baked'', ``fried'', and ``steamed''
Five tastes: ``soy sauce,'' ``vinegar,'' ``salt,'' ``sugar,'' and ``spicy.''
Five colors: White, yellow, red, blue, and black (cooked using five different seasonings, cooking methods, and color schemes.)
Please enjoy our carefully selected vegetarian cuisine.
