At Sanbi no Yado "Kawana," we offer a superb kaiseki meal served on a bamboo tray and a room with either a private open-air bath or a semi-open-air bath.
[Dinner]
Our specialty, the "Kinmedai (golden snapper) simmered whole with a bamboo tray kaiseki meal," is accompanied by locally caught spiny lobster and abalone.
Enjoy fresh local fish delivered directly from Futtsu Fishing Port and other ports throughout the inner Boso Peninsula, as well as seasonal vegetables grown in the fertile land of Boso.
The golden snapper is Choshi-caught.
Dinner is served in the dining area on the 1st floor.
Dinner starts at 6:00 PM or 7:00 PM.
We will inform you of the details at check-in, depending on your arrival time.
*The whole simmered splendid alfonsino is served as one fish for several people (for single-person reservations, it will be served as a fillet).
*The source of the fish may change depending on the catch situation.
*Please note that depending on the reservation status for each time slot, you may not be able to choose your meal time.

A special Japanese set meal is available.
Served in the dining area on the 1st floor.
Breakfast starts at 7:30 and 8:00.
