・Parking: 3 spaces on site (free, first-come, first-served, 1 space per room). On weekends and holidays, nearby Motomachi H Park (Nos. 1, 2, and 5) is also available. For oversized vehicles or if the parking lot is full, please use nearby paid parking lots.

In order to prioritize privacy and protect the environment, cleaning is not provided during multiple stays.
・Cleaning: One free cleaning is provided for stays of 6 nights or more. Additional cleaning is available by reservation (fee required) by 6:00 PM the day before.
- Facilities: If you require a rice cooker, please let us know by the day before.

- There is no elevator, so please use the stairs.
- Non-guests are strictly prohibited from entering the room (unauthorized entry will incur a charge of 11,000 yen/night).
- Smoking is prohibited throughout the building. Any smoking or damage/defacement caused indoors will be charged at cost.
- To ensure a quiet environment, please refrain from opening and closing doors, talking loudly, or adjusting the TV volume at night (10 PM - 7 AM).
