Founded in the early Kamakura period, this temple belongs to the Koyasan Shingon sect.
Sanada Masayuki and his son Yukimura temporarily resided here, and it later became the Sanada family's ancestral temple.
The Sanada family crest, the six-coin emblem, can be seen throughout the temple.

6:00 AM: Morning Service. The chanting and sutra recitation will soothe your mind and body as you awaken.
7:00 AM: Shojin-ryori Breakfast
10:00 AM: Check-out. We will store your luggage even after check-out.

The guest rooms are furnished with carefully selected, high-quality decor and furnishings.

[Public Bath (6:30 PM - 9:30 PM)]
The bath uses mineral-rich water that springs from Mount Koya.
*Payment is requested at check-in.
*There may be noise from 9:00 AM onwards due to cleaning by monks.
*Smoking is prohibited inside the building and in guest rooms (a designated smoking area is available).
*Please refrain from wearing yukata (Japanese-style robes) during morning and evening prayers.
