■From June to the end of August, we offer exquisitely sweet "fresh sea urchin."
60g of fresh sea urchin per person. *May also be available from the end of May. (May not be available in case of rough seas or depending on the annual fishing conditions.)
From October to December, we offer "natural abalone." Enjoy fresh seafood that can only be eaten during that season!

■From September to December, we offer shabu-shabu and sashimi of "Buriho," yellowtail from Shakotan. Fresh bluefin tuna from Shakotan, sea urchin and salmon roe from Shakotan. In winter, we have anglerfish and cod milt... and in autumn, there's still plenty of seafood to enjoy.
