A 100-year-old house in Gojo, southern Nara, all to yourselves. This room-only plan is for 1–8 guests, with just one group staying each day.

Put on a record, cook dinner in the kitchen, or walk along Shimmachi-dori to a local restaurant. In the morning, make a fresh coffee and take your time before deciding where to go.

From ¥34,000 per night for 1–2 guests, plus ¥6,500 for each additional guest. Meals are not included.

Gojo and Yoshino are dotted with local ingredients and restaurants with character. For where to eat, or where to find good local produce, just ask us.

Stay in your own private house and enjoy an eight-course omakase dinner at GOJO GIROCCO, a one-minute walk from yoinn. The restaurant is set inside a sake brewery built over 300 years ago.

The meal begins with handmade kakinoha-zushi, a local specialty, followed by seasonal vegetables, Yamato beef and rice cooked in a clay pot. Afterwards, your house is just a short walk away.

To drink, choose a fresh fruit cocktail or a local sake from Gojo.

Dinner is served at GOJO GIROCCO, rather than at yoinn. Advance reservation is required.

For 3–6 guests staying 3–7 nights, with the entire house to yourselves. Monday to Thursday nights are ¥36,000 for the house, regardless of group size. Friday to Sunday nights are charged at the standard rate.

Make coffee in the kitchen, head out for the day, then come back to cook dinner together. With a few nights in one place, there is time to explore southern Nara and time to simply enjoy the house.

For six guests on Monday to Thursday nights, the rate works out at ¥6,000 per person per night. Meals are not included.

・Three nights Monday to Wednesday: ¥108,000 for the house — ¥18,000 each for six

Not available over the New Year holidays, Golden Week, Obon, public holiday weekends, or on Saturdays during the autumn foliage season.

The entire house for one guest, for two nights or more. This room-only plan includes an admission ticket to a nearby hot spring, about an eight-minute walk away. From ¥26,000 per night.

Settle in with a coffee and a record, then take a walk or visit the hot spring. The next day, explore Gojo or head further into southern Nara. There is no set itinerary, and you have a house to return to at the end of the day.

Tell us what draws you here, from sacred mountains to river gorges and old towns, and we will build a route around your interests. Visit three or four places at a pace that leaves time to explore, then return to yoinn for a quiet evening.
