The name "Yamagataza Takinami" expresses the desire to be a showcase for Yamagata by Yamagata residents, and a select shop. 

Wild vegetables and vegetables sourced from local organic farms are served as "dishes that can only be enjoyed here now." 

The rich and beneficial waters of Akayu's high-quality soil are not diluted, and are delivered directly to the guest rooms as "100% freshly-born spring water." 

With the desire to "spread our wings and fly out into the world together with our Yamagata friends," we hope to be a place that conveys the charm of Okitama, as an inn created by Yamagata residents.
